The door mechanic ( ROY) replaced it with a new Chamberlain model B2401 Smart 1/2 hp door opener.  He was very knowledgeable with the product and did a very professional job with installing it.  He explained to me all the features of the door opener and how everything worked.  He double checked everything he did while installing it to be sure it was done correctly and cleaned up and removed any trash.  Excellent job and highly recommended. Thanks , Roy.
